Crikex Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Start

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online betting and gaming services operated by Crikex (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "us"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Crikex and the user ("you" or "Member").

Crikex operates under an international gaming license, which ensures that all services on the platform are conducted in accordance with the applicable regulations. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time — notice will be given before any changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi members. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.

To register with Crikex, you must meet the following requirements. We reserve the right to cancel any registration that fails to satisfy even one of these conditions.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Providing your date of birth at registration is mandatory and will be verified.
• One Account Policy: Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and any funds being forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false details may result in account closure.
• KYC Verification: For large withdrawals, identity verification via national ID or passport is required.
• One Device/Network: Running multiple accounts from the same device or network is strictly prohibited.

Once registered, you are responsible for keeping your account secure. Keep your password confidential and contact Crikex support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on Crikex. In any betting dispute, Crikex's decision is final.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available.
• Pre-match betting closes before the match or event begins.
• We reserve the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed — bets on that match are generally voided and stakes are refunded.
• Bets placed by exploiting odds errors ("arbitrage") may be voided.
• Minimum bet is ৳50; maximum bet limits vary by market and event.

In live betting, odds change in real time, so they are not confirmed until you see the "Bet Accepted" message. A bet should not be considered placed without confirmation.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on Crikex. We are committed to ensuring payments are always fast and secure.

• Deposit: Minimum ৳200. bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods are accepted.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. However, if KYC verification is pending, it may take up to 72 hours.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: Maximum daily withdrawal limits are set based on account tier. VIP members enjoy higher limits.
• Unused Balance: Accounts inactive for 12 months may be charged a maintenance fee of ৳50 per month.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Withdrawals from bonus funds are only permitted after the wagering requirement has been fully met.

Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts under a different name are not permitted. All payments will be sent to the member's own verified account. Any suspicious transactions may be placed on hold and investigated as part of our anti-money laundering measures.

Crikex offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms — the general rules are outlined below.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit only. Can be claimed once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses typically require a wagering rollover of 3–30x before withdrawal. Each bonus carries its own specific requirements.
• Validity: Bonuses expire if not used within 7–30 days of being credited.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all accounts being closed.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets are credited as a bonus — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Odds Limit: Bets with odds of 1.5 or higher generally count toward meeting the bonus wagering requirement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Crikex platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Deliberately exploiting odds errors or technical glitches
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across two platforms to guarantee a profit
• Using fake or stolen identity documents
• Attempting to access another member's account or engaging in hacking
• Creating or using an account on behalf of a minor
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity

Crikex monitors all suspicious activity and reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities when necessary. Technical security systems remain active around the clock.

Crikex may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons.

• Upon evidence of a terms violation
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• If fraudulent betting patterns are detected
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted
• By order of a court or regulatory authority

If an account is closed for standard reasons, any verified balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, funds may be forfeited. Members may also request account closure at any time — in such cases, the opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided.

Crikex is an entertainment platform. There is always a risk of losing money when betting — members bear that risk themselves. Crikex is not liable for any betting losses.

• Crikex is not liable for incomplete bets caused by internet disconnection or app crashes.
• Crikex is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services such as mobile banking providers or internet service providers.
• Crikex is not responsible for any unauthorized bets placed on an account if the member fails to keep their password secure.
• We are not liable for betting outcomes resulting from errors in market data or statistical information.

Crikex places the highest priority on protecting members' personal data. Full details of how data is collected, stored, and used can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

• Information provided at registration is used solely for account management, payment processing, and KYC verification.
• Member consent is obtained before personal data is used for marketing purposes.
• Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
• In the event of a data breach, affected members will be notified as soon as possible.

Any data privacy complaints or requests can be sent to support@crikex.my. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

Crikex reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
