What Happens When You Log In From a New Device?

When you log in from a new device or browser for the first time, Crikex runs a security verification step. You may receive an OTP on your registered email or mobile number. This protects your account from unauthorised access.

When 2FA is enabled, logging in from any new device will require an OTP — this is an extra layer of security that keeps your account better protected. If you don't receive the OTP, check your spam folder or wait a few minutes and try again.

Can you walk me through how the referral bonus works when I refer a friend?

Earning bonuses through Crikex's referral program is straightforward. Log in to your account and head to the "Refer & Earn" or "Invite Friends" section — there you will find your unique referral code and a shareable link. Send this link or code to a friend. Once your friend registers on Crikex using that link and makes their first deposit, a referral bonus will be automatically credited to your account. The bonus amount depends on your friend's first deposit. You earn a separate bonus for each friend you refer, with no cap on the number of referrals. Note that referral bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be claimed. Full terms and conditions are available on the Promotions page.
